Timeline:
Sunday, August 16, 2015-Flyers sent home with girls 8-11yrs by December 31, 2015.
Sunday, August 30, 2015-Registrations to ward leaders.
Sunday, September 6, 2015-Personal invitations to wards to be sent or delivered to girls
Tuesday, September 8, 2015-All registrations returned to Sara (having the paper helps us when we assign them to classes.
Will you have 2 from your ward come to help us on the day of the activity? It is helpful if one of them could be one of the presidency so they can greet the girls and help them feel more comfortable.
This is a great opportunity to invite girls you haven't seen for awhile or non members. If you need more flyers or invitations, let us know. Also let us know on the registrations if these girls would feel more comfortable with a friend in the ward.
