Mission Possible: Top Secret Mission Saturday, March 21, 2015 9-11:15 am

Our annual Boys' Activity for boys 8-11 years old on Saturday, March 21, 2015
Theme: "Mission Possible: Top Secret Mission".

The purpose of this mission is to help the boys:
  • feel and understand of the great love that their Savior, Jesus Christ, has for them
  • know of the central role that He is in our Heavenly Father's Plan
  • have faith in Him (because of above)
  • learn that their faith will grow stronger as they keep the commandments, serve, share the gospel, follow the example of the Savior, and prepare for HiSecond Coming.
The mission will include: Opening and Closing in the cultural hall and 3 (three) 25 minute lessons taught by our stake presidency and ward bishops.  The lessons will:
  • be based on scriptural characters, latter day prophets, a specific scripture, etc.
  • include an object lesson
  • include something they make, use, etc that will remind them of your lesson
  • be FUN
There will be no more than 12 boys (more like 8 or 9) in each class.

The first president is here!

Celebration of the loving, dedicated, creative presidents has begun with a tasty brunch of Lori's special "french" toast, Janese's breakfast casserole, and Devera's fun fresh fruit kabobs and fruit dip.

Celebration!!!! 2015 Presidents' Retreat

Our Annual Presidents' Retreat is almost here already!  This Saturday!!!

This is just a reminder:
We will begin at 9 with a brunch and visiting as we celebrate you, our presidents.
Be thinking of ways you and your presidency, leaders, and teachers are reaching out in love to the children and members in your ward.  Our Savior has shown us the way to love and care for one another.  He is our perfect example.  We love to hear of the neat, loving, and thoughtful ways you are following His example.

You are a joy and inspiration to us and each other.

We are looking forward to see you at 9 on Saturday.
